Who we are

What we collect
- Name, phone number, email, your town or area, which service you are asking about, and the details you submit through the contact form.
- Photos and messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email relating to a job.
- Basic server access logs (IP and user agent) kept by our host for security.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the service you have asked for, and keep the records required for accounting and insurance purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest for replies, and performance of a contract once a job is agreed.
How long we keep it
Job and invoice records are kept for six years after a service ends, in line with normal accounting requirements. Unanswered form enquiries are deleted within twelve months.
Who else sees it
Nobody routinely. The form submits through our host (Krystal) and sends email via Resend to our business inbox. Where a job needs a specific local specialist within the family of services, relevant details may be shared with that team so the job can be completed. We do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to see a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email the address above and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site itself does not set tracking cookies beyond standard analytics. It does not embed third-party video.
